<p><b>Title:</b></p><br><br>PSAB BOSS: Food Services Lead (Secret Clearance)<br><br><p><b>Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! </b></p><br><br><br><p><b>Program Summary</b></p><br><br><p>The KBR PSAB Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). These services are delivered to support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. Additionally, the program extends its services to encompass five (5) remote Army sites within PSAB. This program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of PSAB and its associated units.</p><br><br><br><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><br><br><br><p><span>The </span><b><i><span>Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Food Service Lead</span></i></b><span><span>, </span><span><span>shall ensure Dining Facility (DFAC) operations to include food preparation, cooking, baking, serving and replenishing of food, and ordering, receiving, and storing subsistence operations.</span> </span></span>The Food service lead shall ensure food operations will be provided at three (3) full service DFACs and are open 24 hours a day.</p><br><br><br><br><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities </b></p><br><br><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all US laws, Saudi Labor Law, US EPA Guidelines, Final Governing Standards (FGS), Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD), and all other applicable rules, laws, and regulations. </li><li>Provide food services to five (5) Army remote sites located on PSAB.</li><li>Comply with all applicable DOD, USAF and local laws and requirements as well as meet contractual requirements to perform food preparation, cooking, baking, serving, and replenishing of food, and ordering, receiving, and storing subsistence operations. </li><li>As required, be available within two (2) hours of notification to meet on the installation with Government personnel.</li><li>Ensure the successful delivery of services to 4,000 personnel, plus or minus 10%, at all times.</li><li>Ensure personnel are adequately trained, and personnel assigned to all tasks have the requisite knowledge and skills to meet minimum performance requirements as well as comply with all applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Responsible for proper utilization, accounting, and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment tools, information and Data).</li><li>Ensure required contractual submittals are provided to the government.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br><p><b><span>MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: </span></b></p><br><br><ul><li>May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions that require wear of hard hats, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protection equipment (PPE); S. Driver's License.</span></b></li><li><b><span>Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.</span></b></li><li><b><span>Must have and maintain a valid U. S. The primary mandate is designing the investment programmes and deal-making activations that make Gaming event the strongest investment event in the global gaming calendar. The role also flexes across the broader Investor and startup program portfolio, supporting investor programming at other events where sector knowledge and investor relationships add value. This is the core credential. <br><br>Demonstrable experience curating and managing high-touch investor experiences, not just registration and logistics, but genuine investor engagement design. <br><br>Strong existing network within the gaming and tech investment community, particularly in MENA, APAC, or Europe. <br><br>Understanding of how the gaming investment chain works from pre-seed accelerators through to sovereign capital deployment. <br><br>Sector knowledge in cybersecurity, fintech, or other technology verticals is an advantage for cross-portfolio event support. <br><br>Excellent relationship management skills, able to manage senior investor relationships with professionalism and discretion. <br><br>Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous events with different investors, geographies, and sector focuses. <br><br>Experience with investor management platforms, CRM tools, and event management systems. <br><br>Strong written English is mandatory; Arabic is a meaningful advantage. <br><br>What You will bring<br><br>Deep expertise in gaming investment and deal-making is the non-negotiable. Develops and trains team to improve results.</p><p>Ensuring Culinary Standards and Responsibilities are Met for Restaurant</p><p>Develops, designs, or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions for restaurant. Supervises restaurant kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures. Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards. Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor. Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements for the restaurant. Communications production needs to key personnel. Assists in developing daily and seasonal menu items for the restaurant. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regulations. Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products. Estimates daily restaurant production needs. Prepares and cooks foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions. Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
