Primary objective:The core purpose of the Hard services Supervisor is to maintain Misk Schools physical environment by monitoring the performance, auditing and approving work delivered by the hard services service provider<br>Areas of responsibility:Supervise the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems and collaborate with service providers to ensure the optimal performance of buildings. Resolve requests as they arise through the coordination between staff and hard services service provider Do regular audit inspections to ensure smooth operation and raise Work Orders for reactive maintenance requirements and direct all reactive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP assets.
