About Naqsh Holding Naqsh Holding Company drives market transformation through innovation and strategic investment, with a vision aligned to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The group owns and operates a diverse portfolio of subsidiaries spanning advertising, flexible workspaces, IT solutions, property management, and drone-powered facade and infrastructure cleaning. Each company is led with a focus on specialized service, operational excellence, and forward-thinking solutions.
About the Role This is not a conventional Executive Assistant position. You will work directly with the Founder and Group CEO, the owner of Naqsh Holding and all of its subsidiaries, serving as his right hand across the entire group. You will operate at the center of a fast-moving, multi-company environment, managing his time, priorities, and commitments across five businesses and beyond. The role demands exceptional discretion. You will be trusted with sensitive information and will support the Founder across the full spectrum of his professional and private commitments, ensuring his day runs seamlessly wherever his attention is needed.
Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Founder's calendar across all group companies, resolving conflicting priorities with sound judgment. Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and follow-ups with subsidiary CEOs, leadership teams, partners, and government entities. Manage complex travel arrangements from start to finish, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and logistics, for business and other engagements. Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes to an executive standard. Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact between the Founder and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation and timely follow-through. Track decisions, commitments, and action items across the group, and follow up until closure. Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative records with accuracy. Support the planning and execution of executive events, offsites, and key engagements. Manage select personal and private commitments on behalf of the Founder with complete confidentiality and professionalism. Proactively identify ways to save the Founder time, including the use of modern productivity and AI tools to streamline recurring work.
Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a founder, owner, or C-level executive in a multi-entity or fast-paced environment. Strong command of executive support fundamentals: calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation, recordkeeping, and meeting organization. Demonstrated awareness of the latest developments in AI. Hands-on familiarity with AI productivity tools is expected, and exposure to AI agents and agentic workflows is a strong plus. Proficiency in office productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and calendar tools). Absolute discretion and integrity in handling confidential information, professional and personal alike. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize under pressure with minimal supervision. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you anticipate needs before they are voiced.
Why This Role You will gain rare, direct exposure to how a group of companies is built and run, sitting alongside the owner at the intersection of every business decision. For the right person, this is a launchpad, not a desk job.
