<p>WSP is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our construction supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the delivery of a major infrastructure project. The role will be responsible for leading all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the project, ensuring that contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders comply with WSP standards, client requirements, Saudi regulations and international best practice.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will have a strong background in major roads, highways and infrastructure construction projects, with proven experience working in a consultancy / supervision environment. This role requires a confident HSE leader who can influence contractor behaviour, drive a proactive safety culture and ensure safe delivery across complex, live construction environments.</p><br><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p><strong>Project HSE Leadership</strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Project HSE Management Plan across
