Ensure that lost and found items are properly stored and maintain accurate logs. Develop and maintain a motivational working environment within the department and positive relations with other departments. Provide training to the employees to enhance their skills in various aspects of housekeeping. Inaugurate measures to reduce all wastage of materials and amenities that are used in the department. Monitor and ensure that proper key controls are in place. Manage overtime effectively by implementing good management practices and promptly addressing any issues that arise. Support and attend task force missions for the hotel to aid in the opening of new Red Sea Global Hospitality properties. Ensure VIP requirements are met. To supervise the operation of QA/QC functions at project site by implementing the Project Quality Plansand Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, International standards and specificcontract requirements for each phases of construction activities and acceptance criteria of contract scopeof project. <p>The HYCO Operations shift Supervisor is accountable for managing and supervising the operations shift team including shift leads and operators for BHIG facilities which include a Hydrogen Steam Methane Reformer, a CO2 Removal Unit & CO2 Compression, HPSA, Membrane Unit, related Utilities and pipeline network. The Operations Shift Supervisor will manage the day-to-day plant shift operations, which include daily customer production meetings, close communication with feed stock and utilities suppliers to ensure daily operational targets are achieved, interfacing with the Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the site. The Operations shift Supervisor will be responsible to ensure the Operations staff is properly trained to support the operations in addition to the incumbent execute daily tasks if required which include preparing and implementing safety work permits, LOTO, completing operations preventative maintenance activities, and assist the maintenance and engineering teams in preparing and executing corrective maintenance activities. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b><u>Principal Accountabilities:</u></b></p><p><b>Safety</b></p><ul><li>Provide & maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrated HYCO knowledge a plus, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with 4 + years in line supervision of process operations roles.</li><li>Expectation based on level of experience for the operations team to achieve a ‘Level 1 / Board Level’ status within 2 – 4 years. Operators will be evaluated during the training period and placed at the level of competence accordingly. All the operations team are considered field and board operators when Level 1 is achieved. As a F&B Supervisor, you will need to:<br>Encourage and guarantee guest satisfaction by cultivating and sustaining a positive team environment, focusing on employee satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous service. Deliver all orders promptly and courteously, while upholding a positive image during every guest interaction and by ensuring cleanliness in guest areas. Ensure complete guest satisfaction by supervising the prompt and courteous delivery of all food and beverage orders in Restaurants and Room Service. Ensure that guests are satisfied by assisting with serving, seating, effective communication with kitchen, and by striving to speak to all guests. Assist in continuously motivating and training the employees. Open and close shift in accordance with Manager’s Checklist. Train, maintain and implement all Red Sea Global Hospitality Service Standards Perform revenue and check control procedures correctly during the shift. Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all employees and guests. Collect and utilize the necessary tools for managing shifts (i.e. schedules, floor plans, reservations, checks) Discover solutions to address potential issues such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily challenges. During the shift, remain on the floor and ensure adequate coverage. Ensure that high quality products are being served. Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards. Plan and oversee an effective repair and maintenance program through the use of work orders, inspections, etc. Exercise station rotation to guarantee fair distribution of stations. Supervise daily employee relations (i.e. scheduling, time adjustments, etc.) Assist with employee performance as needed to guarantee guest satisfaction. Aid in establishing a successful training program for both new and existing team members. Encourage and promote problem solving among team members through effective training and empowerment to guarantee guest satisfaction. Establish effective communication with team members to earn their trust and respect through hard work. Maintain fair and consistent counseling and/or disciplinary procedures in accordance with Red Sea Global Hospitality’s Guarantee of Fair Treatment Policy Identify and suggest incentive programs, fresh concepts, and operational strategies. The Supervisor Entertainment & Events - Props is responsible for the hands-on maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of all show props, show vehicles, and associated technical elements across Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia.<br><br>This role is a practical, workshop-led position requiring a highly skilled all-rounder who can diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of assets - from electric show vehicles and mechanical props to the on-board playback systems and scenic elements - ensuring safe, reliable, and show-ready operation at all times.<br><br>The Supervisor will lead by example as a "roll up your sleeves" problem solver, supporting daily operations, troubleshooting issues in real time, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, functionality, and visual quality.<br><br>Key Functional Tasks:<br><br>Show Props & Scenic Maintenance<br><br>Maintain, repair, and refurbish all hand props, scenic elements, and show set pieces Carry out practical repairs including: Gluing, bonding, and structural fixes Fiberglass repairs and touch-ups Painting and finishing Basic carpentry and fabrication Ensure all props remain show-quality and on-brand<br><br>Show Vehicles (EV Fleet) Maintenance<br><br>Oversee maintenance of electric show vehicles including: Tires, brakes, steering, and mechanical systems Battery systems and charging infrastructure Safety features (horns, lights, warning systems) Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Liaise with specialist vendors when required, but own first-line diagnosis and fixes<br><br>Technical Playback & Embedded Systems<br><br>Maintain and troubleshoot show playback systems, including: i Pads / tablets Tascam / solid-state playback devices Basic audio signal paths and connections Diagnose and resolve issues related to: Cabling, connectors, and power supply Playback reliability and triggering systems<br><br>Workshop & Fabrication<br><br>Operate as a practical workshop lead, maintaining tools, equipment, and workspace Support fabrication and modification of props and show elements as required Manage safe use of tools (hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, etc.)<br><br>Operational Support <br><br>Attend rehearsals, technical run-throughs, and live performances as required to observe how hand props are used in practice Identify potential wear, damage risks, or handling issues arising from performer use and staging Implement practical solutions to improve prop durability and longevity, including reinforcement, protective finishes, and handling adjustments Develop and introduce appropriate on-stage and backstage storage solutions to protect props during use and between performances Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and emergency repairs during rehearsals and live operations as required<br><br>Special Events<br><br>Coordinate prop preparation, installation, removal, and storage for shows and special events<br><br>Daily excellence<br><br>Ensure all props are maintained to required artistic, operational, and safety standards<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Knowledge & Experience;<br><br>Minimum 3-5 years' hands-on experience in:<br><br> Theme parks, live entertainment, events, or similar environments <br><br>Strong practical experience across multiple disciplines:<br><br> Mechanical repair Basic electrical systems Scenic/prop fabrication Technical troubleshooting <br><br>Experience working with:<br><br> Show props and scenic elements Vehicles or moving assets (preferred) Playback or show control systems (basic level) <br><br>Understanding of live entertainment production processes and backstage operations.<br><br>Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.<br><br>Education & Certifications:<br><br>Strong problem-solving mindset - able to diagnose and fix issues quickly<br><br>Confident with tools and hands-on repair work<br><br>Practical knowledge of:<br><br> Carpentry Painting & finishing Fiberglass repair Basic electrics & soldering <br><br>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<br><br>Calm under pressure during live operations<br><br>High attention to detail and safety
