About the Role A Confidential Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor – Generalist to oversee and support the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices. This position requires a proactive HR professional with strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements in a timely manner. Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with the Company's hiring policies. HR Operations Oversee daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS/ERP system. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and internal governance standards. Payroll Review and validate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, and salary adjustments. Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Resolve payroll-related inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. End of Service & Saudi Labor Law Manage employee separations, including final settlements and End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Ensure compliance with MHRSD regulations, Qiwa, GOSI, and other statutory requirements. Provide guidance to managers and employees on labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR Generalist experience. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
