In this role, you will oversee sterile manufacturing and filling operations, ensuring adherence to GMP standards, SOPs, and production plans.<p></p><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Lead and supervise production teams during shifts, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and production schedules.</li><li>Operate sterile manufacturing equipment effectively.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.</li><li>Coordinate support activities related to media fill, audits, validation, and calibration.</li><li>Monitor end-to-end production operations.</li><li>Manage raw materials and packaging requests in line with production plans.</li><li>Oversee equipment cleaning and machine changeovers.</li><li>Maintain accurate production documentation.</li><li>Track production performance and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Enforce aseptic practices and workplace safety.</li></ul><br><b>Qualifications:</b><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.</li><li>12–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.</li><li>Proven experience in sterile liquid filling operations.</li><li>Previous supervisory experience in sterile environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical standards.</li><li>Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.</li></ul><br>If you are passionate about making a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry, we invite you to apply and become a part of our innovative team!
