Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in the safety field NEBOSH Certificate (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:Support the Safety Officer in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and welfare requirements. Monitor workforce safety behaviour and promote a strong safety culture. Maintain daily safety records and inspection logs. Distribute safe work procedures and method statements to relevant personnel. Monitor and replenish safety equipment as required. Assist with safety campaigns, awareness initiatives, safety signage, and competitions. Support the preparation and delivery of induction programs, safety training, toolbox talks, and task briefings. Monitor hazardous substances used, stored, or handled on site. Conduct noise assessment surveys and monitor site noise levels. Improve accident and incident investigation processes and reporting. Perform regular site inspections and report findings to the Safety Officer or HSE Manager.
