KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Client Relationship Management Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative relationships with customers Interacts professionally and courteously with clients by telephone, email, letter, and face to face Investigates and resolves client complaints and queries Process Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end property handover process from pre-handover checks to final sign-off. <p>The Senior Manager - Development will help lead the end-to-end development leadership of a major Urban Core mixed-use precinct comprising public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets.</p> <p>The role will help lead development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation objectives.</p> <p>The role requires an experienced development professional capable of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional urban experiences, creating vibrant, activated destinations that support economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.</p> <p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Help lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct. </li> <li>Accountability for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio. </li> <li>Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organisational goals. </li> <li>Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness. </li> <li>Drive development decisions that optimise long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.</li> </ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p> <strong>Education</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.</li> <li>Master's Degree preferred.</li> <li>MBA, MSc Real Estate Development, Urban Development, or equivalent highly desirable.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Experience</strong> </p> <ul> <li>10+ years of development experience.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years leading major integrated mixed-use developments</li> <li>Proven client-side experience managing large-scale multi-asset developments.</li> <li>Strong background in development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, and precinct delivery.</li> <li>Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and project teams.</li> <li>Significant exposure to large-scale developments in the GCC preferred.</li> <li>Experience with giga-projects, sovereign development entities, or master developers highly desirable.</li> </ul>
