We're looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Associate to take the first step in building long-term client relationships and supporting our expanding pipeline.
As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will assist with lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline coordination, working closely with the BD team to learn the ropes and grow into a key contributor to Mnzil's partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads through research and outreach
- Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials
- Track pipeline status and support progress reporting to the BD team
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 0 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Arabic, professional English
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
