Work with operations teams to understand and reduce property-level costs.

Support financial due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and new market launches.

Present insights and recommendations to founders and the management team.

Desired Outcomes

Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate is expected to have:

Developed a comprehensive understanding of The Flex's financial performance.

Established reliable monthly management reporting across the business.

Assumed ownership of increasingly important aspects of the company's finance function.

Candidate Profile

This role is suited for individuals who are proactive and accountable, seeking to build and evolve a finance function rather than inherit established processes. Candidates should be driven to understand and improve financial performance, rather than solely reporting numbers. This position is not suitable for those seeking a traditional 9-to-5 role with narrowly defined responsibilities or a slow-moving environment.

Career Development

Joining The Flex offers exposure to the financial operations of a multi-country business at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and technology.
