Job Description<br>Job Summary Senior Registrar is responsible for providing the care of his/her patients (outpatient &inpatient) maintaining a high-level of professional performance in accordance with:· Professional medical ethics and JCIA standards.· Hospital medical by-laws.· Laws of Ministry of Health in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other applicable regulations according to the departmental quality plan. Major Duties and Responsibilities· Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the NMC Hospitals and Clinics.· Manage minor Gynecological cases and the major Gynecological cases under supervision of the consultant.· Perform minor procedure like Cryosurgery, insertion of IUD.· Investigate & manage infertility cases with ovulation induction.· Performing major operation under supervision of consultant.· Perform minor operation like D&C, suction curettage.· Conduct daily ward rounds to all in patients in the department. Fisheye Executive Search is hiring for two related Healthcare IT openings on behalf of a leading healthcare company in Saudi Arabia: a Healthcare IT Project Manager focused on HIS/EMR/ERP/RCM implementations, and an IT & Product Support Specialist – Diagnostics Systems focused on LIS/HIS integration and diagnostic analyzer support. Drive RCM optimization initiatives — improving clean-claim rates, reducing A/R days, and training staff on billing/coding compliance. Manage scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations across concurrent, large-scale digital transformation projects.<br>Key Responsibilities — Support Specialist track Manage LIS/HIS system integrations and middleware installations connecting diagnostic analyzers to core hospital/lab systems. Handle ASTM and HL7 protocol connectivity between analyzers, middleware, and the main HIS/LIS. Monitor HIS and lab network performance, track testing/turnaround metrics, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Own analyzer management system (AMS) configuration and certification for connected diagnostic equipment. Handle customer/site complaints related to system integration, data flow, or connectivity, coordinating resolution with relevant teams. Track and analyze system/data issues, producing reports on recurring problems and improvement opportunities.<br>What We're Looking For Project Manager track: 10+ years leading healthcare IT/HIS/EMR/ERP implementation projects, ideally including multi-site rollouts; PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification a strong plus. Support Specialist track: hands-on experience with LIS/HIS/middleware integration in a diagnostics, laboratory, or hospital IT environment, including ASTM/HL7 protocols. Prior clinical or health-informatics background (nursing, MIS, biomedical, or similar) is a plus for either track. Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working across clinical, technical, and vendor teams.
