Inspect chilled-water piping, valves, insulation, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and associated mechanical equipment. Verify acoustic insulation and vibration-control measures for guestrooms, suites, and public areas. Inspect domestic hot- and cold-water systems, drainage, vent piping, cleanouts, and plumbing fixtures. Verify drainage slopes, pipe routing, connections, and rough-in locations for guestrooms, kitchens, and public facilities. Inspect fire-fighting pipework, sprinkler heads, landing valves, hose reels, fire pumps, and related equipment.
