About the Role<br> We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our e-commerce platform and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. This role is responsible for overseeing product management, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth and operational excellence.<br>Key Responsibilities<br> Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure optimal performance. Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online content accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with warehouse records. Supervise the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery. Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues. Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure readiness for campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions. Prepare regular operational reports and recommend process improvements.<br>Qualifications<br> Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail operations. Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and online platform operations. Experience with ERP and OMS systems is an advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
