Design, review, and verify protection settings and logic for BESS infrastructure, including substations, transformers, and inverters. Perform calculations, coordination studies, and fault analysis for High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) protection systems. Oversee testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of protection relays (e.g., SECO, Siemens, ABB, or Schneider). Coordinate with SE operations, construction teams, and contractors to facilitate safe work execution. Verify that all pre-work safety requirements, risk assessments, and hazard controls are implemented before work begins.
