<li><p>Perform and support documented inspections to verify conformance of parts, repairs, and assemblies to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications, and statutory/regulatory requirements.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Support the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan in line with customer and Flowserve requirements.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Define, coordinate, and control project quality documentation required for repairs, inspections, and final release.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Perform dimensional, visual, painting, and welding inspections according to applicable procedures and acceptance criteria.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Review and verify supplier, welder, and NDE personnel qualifications and ensure compliance with required standards.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Review and approve supplier manufacturing and testing documents and support customer and third-party inspection approvals when required.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Prepare test and inspection requirements for assigned projects, including ITPs and procurement specifications.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Document non-conforming material and support NCR processing and resolution.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Support internal quality audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards, laws, regulations, and customer-specific requirements.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Maintain accurate records, inspection reports, quality logs, and release documentation.</p><br></li>

<p><strong>HSE Responsibilities</strong></p><br>

<li><p>Support the implementation of site HSE procedures and safe work practices within the Pump QRC.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Promote compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work requirements, and risk control measures.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Monitor work areas for unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors and support corrective actions.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Support incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Ensure contractors and employees follow required safety requirements, including PPE, housekeeping, lifting safety, and equipment safety.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Assist in environmental and safety compliance activities as required by site procedures and regulations.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Encourage a strong safety culture through coaching, communication, and daily field presence.</p><br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Experience and Qualification:</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li><p>B.Sc. in Engineering or related technical discipline.</p><br></li>
<li><p>7 years of relevant experience in pump OEM, repair, or rotating equipment environment.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, welding, NDE, and related standards.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Thorough Experience and understanding of machining, assembly, and test operations for pumps and associated accessories.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Knowledge of inspection equipment and tools used in machining, assembly, and test operations.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Thorough Experience working in a repair/QRC or manufacturing environment is a MUST.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Thorough knowledge of API 610 and API 682.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Knowledge of site HSE practices, hazard identification, and industrial safety requirements.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Awareness of HSE requirements for industrial workshop and field environments.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Familiarity with permit-to-work, risk assessment, PPE, lifting safety, and safe equipment handling.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Certified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015 is MUST.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Certified internal/Lead Auditor 14001 & 45001 is preferrable.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Certification in Welding inspection i.e., AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 is preferrable.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Certification in Painting inspection i.e., NACE Level II, SSPC Level II or equivalent is preferable.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Knowledge of the established quality standards, laws and regulations of national and international standards.</p><br></li>
<li><p>Safety-related certification or formal HSE training is MUST.</p><br></li>
