Develop, manage, and maintain integrated BIM and GIS data environments. Coordinate BIM models and GIS datasets across multidisciplinary project teams. Ensure spatial and engineering information is accurately integrated and geographically referenced. Support implementation of project BIM and GIS standards, procedures, and information requirements. Review BIM models and GIS data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with BIM Managers, GIS teams, Design Consultants, Contractors, Survey teams, and Engineering disciplines. Support development and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for BIM and GIS information. Coordinate model and data exchanges between project stakeholders. Manage spatial databases, geodatabases, GIS layers, asset data, and associated metadata. Perform GIS data collection, processing, analysis, visualization, and quality checking. Integrate CAD, BIM, GIS, survey, and asset information into coordinated project datasets. Support conversion and interoperability between CAD, BIM, GIS, and other engineering data formats. Develop and maintain GIS maps, dashboards, spatial analysis outputs, and project visualization tools. Support BIM model federation and coordination with GIS datasets. Identify spatial conflicts and interface issues between infrastructure assets and project elements. Support clash detection and spatial coordination between BIM models, utilities, infrastructure, and existing assets. Coordinate with Survey teams to ensure accurate coordinate systems, benchmarks, control points, and geospatial data. Verify model and GIS data against approved drawings, surveys, site information, and as-built records. Support field data collection and integration of survey information into BIM / GIS platforms. Develop and maintain asset location and infrastructure databases. Support data requirements for project handover and asset management. Ensure BIM and GIS information is maintained throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM / GIS requirements. Develop workflows and standards to improve BIM / GIS data quality and efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation, digital integration, and improved information management. Support preparation of BIM / GIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Maintain BIM / GIS registers, issue logs, data quality reports, and coordination records.</p><p>Airport / Infrastructure & Airfield Responsibilities</p><p>Support BIM / GIS coordination for airport terminals, runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, utilities, drainage, buildings, and external infrastructure. Develop and maintain GIS datasets for airport and airfield infrastructure. Integrate airfield assets and infrastructure information into GIS platforms. Support spatial coordination of underground utilities and existing infrastructure. Coordinate GIS information for roads, pavements, drainage networks, utilities, lighting, signage, and other airport assets. Support integration of BIM models with airport-wide GIS and asset management systems. Manage spatial information associated with airside and landside infrastructure. Support construction planning and progress monitoring through BIM / GIS visualization. Provide spatial analysis to support construction sequencing, access planning, logistics, and site coordination. Support integration of as-built information into the final GIS and BIM databases. Ensure airport-specific coordinate systems, survey controls, and geospatial requirements are correctly implemented.</p><p>BIM Responsibilities</p><p>Review and coordinate BIM models from different disciplines and design consultants. Support model federation and multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Check BIM models against project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Employer's Information Requirements (EIR). Monitor model naming, classification, parameters, levels of development/information, and data requirements. Support BIM model audits and quality assurance. Identify model coordination issues and ensure timely resolution. Support integration of BIM information with construction schedules and project controls where required. Coordinate BIM information required for commissioning, handover, and asset management. Support 3D visualization and model-based project reviews.</p><p>GIS Responsibilities</p><p>Develop, maintain, and manage project geodatabases. Manage spatial layers for infrastructure, utilities, buildings, roads, pavements, drainage, and airport assets. Perform spatial analysis and data validation. Produce project maps, drawings, dashboards, and spatial reports. Manage coordinate reference systems and spatial data standards. Integrate GPS, survey, CAD, BIM, satellite, and field data into GIS systems. Perform data conversion, georeferencing, editing, and quality assurance. Support GIS-based asset tracking and infrastructure management. Maintain metadata and ensure traceability of GIS datasets.</p><p>Digital Information & Data Management</p><p>Support integration between BIM, GIS, CDE, document management, and asset management platforms. Ensure project information is structured and accessible in accordance with approved information requirements. Support digital handover and asset information delivery. Coordinate data requirements between design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. Identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation of BIM / GIS workflows. <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> Driller supervises the drill crew and runs the entire drilling operations activities to achieve the requirements of the operator s Drilling / Work-Over program while safely using to best effect machinery, equipment, and manpower. Operates drilling controls and drilling package, monitors drilling parameters and takes actions in well control situations. Driller diagnoses and reports down-hole problems and implements corrective measures. Enforce ADES safety procedures taking appropriate measures, ensure timely maintenance of drilling equipment & prepare activity reports to ensure that the drilling unit, machinery, equipment, and other resources are effectively operated to optimize the company's site operations considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Rig Operations:</strong> Manages the drilling operation, operates, controls the drilling equipment, and ensures that drilling activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations and company policies. Supervises and directs the drilling crew and provides guidance, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to ensure the smooth execution of drilling activities. Monitors drilling parameters, adjusts equipment settings and troubleshoots issues to perfect drilling performance. Reports drilling progress, well conditions, safety incidents, and any deviations from drilling plans to Toolpusher /OIM and Client representative onboard and other relevant parties. Ensures any deviation from client well plan is approved by Toolpusher, OIM and Client representative. Monitors third party operations on the drill floor and other drilling related areas. Ensuring 3rd party personnel and sub-contractors use safe work methods. Collaborates with Well planners, engineers, and other team members to develop drilling plans and strategies. Maintains accurate records including drilling reports, equipment logs, safety records, tubular run in the hole including pipe tally, full BHA/completion components and critical fishing dimensions and drilling parameters. Fill up a daily drilling report for the activities performed during his shift & update the pipe tally book and draft dimensioned drawings of the equipment run in the well to describe the work conducted. Utilize drilling control equipment, monitor gauges and auxiliary tools, and promptly notify the tool pusher and client representative of necessary actions to address potential issues such as, but not limited to, stuck pipe, flow back, and hydraulics. Ensure the hole is drilled using good oilfield practice to the required depth, with adequate well control contingency in place. Monitor for any down hole irregularities such as kicks, pressure fluctuations, and abnormal torque. Take immediate action to secure the well in the event of a well control incident and promptly inform the Toolpusher and client representative. Instruct subordinates to diligently monitor the pipe string for any irregularities during the process of pulling out of the hole. Take charge of BOP installation including installations of auxiliary equipment such as hoses, guide wire, etc. Pressure test Well Control Equipment as per Company and Regulatory requirement to ensure readiness and effectiveness in critical situations. Monitor and control the mud activities to maintain proper mud volume, weight and properties.</p><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> Report machinery and equipment deficiencies requiring repair or replacement to the supervisor. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure execution of maintenance and repair works. Organize and oversee routine maintenance and repair of drilling equipment. Conducting weekly checks on the derrick and substructure. Perform daily visual inspections on various equipment in area of responsibility per Rigs daily check forms. Provide instructions to the drilling team for the repair and maintenance of drilling equipment as per the planned maintenance system.</p><p><strong>Working at Heights:</strong> Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per Company procedure. Assesses risks and hazards before performing tasks at elevated locations, considering factors such as stability, weather conditions, and potential fall hazards. Inspects and ensures the proper functioning of height-related equipment, such as scaffolding, ladders, and safety lines, prior to use. Be knowledgeable about fall protection systems, including their setup, proper usage, and limitations. Effectively communicates identified hazards and safety concerns to the team, promoting a proactive safety culture.</p><p><strong>Housekeeping:</strong> Instruct subordinates to maintain a clean and hazard-free work area before and after completing tasks or repairs. Enforce ADES waste management policies. Maintain all drilling areas in a clean and tidy condition by directing crew accordingly.</p><p><strong>Rig Move:</strong> Lead the drilling crew in preparing for the rig move checklist and setting up the drill floor, tanks, cantilever, and main deck. Prior to rig move ensure that all movable equipment is secured and fastened, lines are disconnected and secured, and equipment is repositioned to prevent hazards or damage to personnel or rig.</p><p><strong>People Management & Development:</strong> Provide clear instructions to their team about their duties, responsibilities, and any necessary safety precautions prior to commencing work. Mentor, develop and train their team to ensure safe and effective operations. Finds opportunities for skill and career advancement, works to support the professional growth of their team. Ensure their team receives training to perform their duties safely and effectively through on-the-job training and participation in safety drills and exercises. Support, promote and actively take part in ADES s Competency Assurance Program for their team. Evaluates the performance of their team on constant and fair feedback basis, find areas for improvement, drive ADVANCE process to formalize a performance management culture.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong> Minimum education level: High School or Vocational / Technical education. At least nine (9) years of working experience in drilling and workover operations with reputable drilling contractors with a career history showing time served as a Floorman, Derrickman, and Assistant Driller. At least Three (3) years in the present position if still AD. Must have working experience on Offshore rigs.</p><p><strong>Skills/Competencies Required:</strong> English Reading & writing: intermediate level is preferred. Advanced Mathematical skills adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying , drilling practice, drilling fluids. Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, Performance shaping factors stress and fatigue, inspecting work.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to perform heavy work. Ability to work in heights does not suffer from Acrophobia . Regularly climbing (stairs, ladders). Regularly bending, twisting, and standing. Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat). The successful candidate will be responsible for defining asset structures, validating engineering and maintenance master data, supporting data migration activities, and ensuring seamless integration of asset and spare parts data into Oracle eAM. <p> The RoRo Manager will be responsible for managing and developing SSA Jeddah’s RoRo operations and commercial activities. The role covers vessel operations, cargo handling, terminal coordination, customer service, cost control, claims prevention, and business development.</p><p>The position will act as the main focal point between vessel principals, terminals, port authorities, Customs, cargo owners, transporters, vendors, and internal departments. The role requires strong operational involvement at the port, especially during vessel calls, together with continuous efforts to grow SSA’s RoRo, automotive, project cargo, and related logistics business.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br></p><p><strong>1. <p >The successful candidate will oversee and ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, client requirements, and company QA/QC procedures.
