المسمى الوظيفي: مدير العمليات الميدانية – المنطقة الغربيةField Operations Manager – Western Region<br><br>الملخص التنفيذيمسؤول عن تأسيس وقيادة العمليات الميدانية لتطبيق Tygo في مكة وجدة (والتوسع للمدينة المنورة). يمثل الحلقة البشرية التي تربط الطلبات الرقمية القادمة من التطبيق بالتنفيذ الواقعي في الفنادق والمنشآت التي يؤمها ضيوف الرحمن. يضمن وصول الشرائح والباقات للعميل، وتفعيلها فوراً، وحل أي إشكالات فنية أو تشغيلية في الميدان، مع بناء فريق ميداني قادر على العمل في أوقات الذروة.<br>المسؤوليات الأساسية <br>أولاً: التأسيس والبناء- بناء الهيكل التشغيلي للمنطقة الغربية من الصفر (الموارد البشرية، الآليات، إجراءات العمل).- استقطاب وتدريب الفريق الميداني (مندوبين ميدانيين، أخصائيين عمليات الخ..) وتأهيلهم لمواسم الذروة.- تصميم الجداول التشغيلية وخطط التوزيع الجغرافي (Makkah, Jeddah, Madinah) بناءً على كثافة الطلبات وتوزع الفنادق.- إنشاء نظام متابعة للطلبات من لحظة وصولها حتى إشعار العميل بالتفعيل.<br>ثانياً: الإشراف على تنفيذ الطلبات- استقبال الطلبات القادمة من Tygo وترجمتها إلى مهام ميدانية للفريق.- توزيع المهام على المندوبين بناءً على القرب الجغرافي وأولوية العميل (فنادق وحملات الحجاج، المعتمرين).- الإشراف المباشر على عملية تسليم الشريحة أو الباقة للعميل في موقعه (فندق، سكن).- التأكد من التفعيل الصحيح للشريحة واختبار الخدمة قبل مغادرة موقع العميل.- بيع الخدمات الإضافية في الميدان (باقات بيانات إضافية، تجديد، ترقيات) حسب حاجة الزائر.<br>ثالثاً: حل المشكلات والدعم الميداني- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء في الميدان فوراً (شريحة لا تعمل أو خطأ في الباقة الخ..) بدلاً من إحالتها للدعم الفني المركزي.- التنسيق مع شركات الاتصالات لحل أي إشكالات فنية تتعلق بالتفعيل أو الشبكة.- رفع التقارير اليومية للإدارة عن حجم الطلبات، نسبة التفعيل، المشكلات المتكررة، واقتراحات التحسين.<br>رابعاً: إدارة مواسم الذروة- الاستعداد المسبق لموسم الحج والعمرة ورمضان بزيادة عدد المندوبين.- تطبيق خطط الطوارئ في حال ازدحام الطلبات أو نقص الموارد أو أعطال تقنية.- التواجد الميداني الشخصي في أصعب الأوقات لقيادة الفريق وتحفيزه وحل الأزمات فوراً.<br>خامساً: التطوير والتحسين- جمع ملاحظات العملاء في الميدان عن تجربتهم مع Tygo والعمل على تحسينها.- اقتراح تحسينات في التطبيق أو العمليات الداخلية بناءً على الواقع الميداني.- تطوير أدلة تدريبية وإجراءات عمل موثقة لضمان استمرارية الخدمة بعد التوسع.<br>المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة<br>الخبرة: 2–4 سنوات في قطاع الاتصالات، تحديداً في تفعيل خدمات الاتصالات أو المبيعات الميدانية.خبرة إضافية: يُفضّل خبرة سابقة في خدمات الحج والعمرة أو العمل الميداني في الفنادق والمشاعر المقدسة.المهارات القيادية: القدرة على بناء فريق من الصفر، تدريبه، وتحفيزه تحت الضغط.المرونة: الاستعداد للعمل الميداني والسفر بين المدن، خاصة في أوقات الذروة (الحج، العمرة، رمضان). اللغة: إتقان العربية والانجليزية للتعامل مع الحجاج.<br>طبيعة العمل<br>موقع العمل: مكة المكرمة، جدة (ومستقبلاً المدينة المنورة).نوع العمل: ميداني بنسبة عالية، مع جزء إداري للتخطيط والمتابعة.ساعات العمل: حسب حاجة العمل، تشمل العمل في المساء وأيام العطلات خلال مواسم الذروة.
