Oversee the timely preparation, tracking, and closure of design-related change orders and variations. Lead design reviews, technical workshops, interdisciplinary coordination meetings, peer reviews, and constructability reviews. Review design deliverables for technical quality, completeness, coordination, constructability, maintainability, and compliance. Champion design excellence through effective Quality Assurance processes, technical reviews, design standards, and continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced Manager – Data Center to lead and grow our Data Center EPC business. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, supporting new opportunities and bids, providing technical leadership, and ensuring successful project delivery.<br>Ideal Candidate We are looking for a business-oriented Data Center leader, not only a project execution professional. The ideal candidate should be able to combine technical expertise, EPC/bidding experience, commercial understanding, client management and team leadership to grow and deliver Data Center projects successfully.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the Data Center EPC business line, including strategy, growth plans and business targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, OEMs, technology vendors, consultants and delivery partners. Coordinate with Sales, Bidding and Technical teams throughout the opportunity and tendering process. Participate in client meetings, technical presentations and negotiations to support new project awards. Review and approve technical solutions covering power, cooling, BMS/DCIM, ICT/ELV and control systems. Conduct technical due diligence, feasibility assessments and constructability reviews during pre-bid stages. Develop and maintain standardized technical specifications, design templates and best practices. Review BOQs, material specifications and technical submittals for compliance and accuracy. Support tendering, estimation, value engineering, vendor evaluation and equipment selection. Provide technical and commercial support for contract scope, risks, assumptions and exclusions. Support project execution to ensure delivery within budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements. Ensure quality and commissioning requirements are properly incorporated into project delivery. Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural and IT Infrastructure teams for integrated Data Center solutions. Lead, mentor and develop the Data Center technical team.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.10–15 years of total experience, preferably in EPC / Design-Build environments. Strong experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Data Center systems, including:Power infrastructure Cooling systems ICT / ELVBMS / DCIMControls Reliability and availability concepts Commissioning readiness Strong experience in tendering, estimation, value engineering and contract risk management. Proven experience in client management and multidisciplinary project coordination. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.<br>Preferred Certifications PMPPRINCE2 Practitioner NEBOSH IGCDCP / Certified Data Centre Professional (EPI)
