Proven experience delivering large and complex industrial or mission-critical projects for multiple construction sites simultaneously, operating within multi-customer projects environments and coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders across complex project portfolio. Demonstrated experience leading multi-site Data Center programs, including hyperscale campus developments, with responsibility for managing regional or program-level construction organizations and coordinating multiple project teams across dispersed locations.
Jobe Scope<br>Provide engineering governance, troubleshooting, and technical support for Maintenance Engineering Support Section to improve equipment reliability, integrity, and maintenance effectiveness.<br>Key Duties, Responsibility & Accountabilities <br>Ensure compliance with SATORP HSSE, regulatory, and technical requirements across all Maintenance Engineering activities. Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Maintenance Engineering programs, including maintenance cost optimization, risk-based maintenance, failure analysis, and asset performance improvement initiatives. Provide Engineering leadership and coordination for Routine maintenance, Critical Equipment maintenance, Turnarounds, shutdowns and asset integrity initiatives. Govern Engineering standards, Maintenance strategies, and Maintenance procedures to ensure safe, compliant, and optimized asset performance. Direct and approve troubleshooting activities and Maintenance Engineering recommendations to mitigate operational risks and enhance equipment reliability. Ensure the effective development, implementation, and continuous improvement of preventive, predictive, corrective and condition-based Maintenance programs for Mechanical and Instrumentation assets. Oversee the monitoring of equipment reliability, Maintenance effectiveness, recurring failures, and technical risks, ensuring timely corrective actions and sustainable performance improvements. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and operational discipline through effective leadership, coaching, and development of Maintenance Engineering personnel. Define departmental priorities, allocate resources, and ensure the successful delivery of Maintenance Engineering objectives in alignment with business and operational goals. Govern spare parts optimization strategies to ensure the availability of critical materials while balancing reliability, operational risk, and cost effectiveness.
