Key Responsibilities Lead engineering, maintenance, and technical support teams. Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. Review technical drawings, manuals, asset registers, and maintenance histories. Monitor equipment performance, downtime, failures, and lifecycle risks. Ensure statutory testing and certification are completed. Control technical spare parts, tools, subcontractors, and maintenance expenditure. Investigate recurring failures and implement permanent corrective solutions. Support energy-efficiency and asset-lifecycle initiatives. Ensure safe systems of work, permit-to-work compliance, and technical quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Core Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. 8 12 years of technical FM experience. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, CMMS, maintenance planning, and statutory compliance
