This role is critical to ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven procurement of all interior and exterior finishing materials, from rough-in finishes to high-end architectural features.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Material Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and procure all finishing materials including but not limited to: gypsum boards, metal studs, ceiling systems, floorings (tiles, marble, timber, LVT), wall coverings, paints, coatings, joinery items, glass, aluminum systems, and sanitary ware.</li><li>Supplier Management: Develop and maintain a robust vendor database in KSA. Pre-qualify new suppliers, negotiate frame agreements, and manage long-term partnerships with local and international manufacturers.</li><li>Tendering & Cost Control: Prepare RFQs, analyze technical/commercial bids, and issue purchase orders in alignment with project budgets and schedules.
