We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Refrigeration Service Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, commissioning, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems. The successful candidate should be capable of diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults, dismantling, relocating, reinstalling, and commissioning refrigeration equipment, preparing professional technical reports, and delivering high-quality technical solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of commercial kitchen exhaust and ventilation systems, including airflow (CFM) calculations, exhaust fan selection, make-up air systems, and troubleshooting smoke, heat, and odor extraction issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Install and commission commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Dismantle, relocate, and reinstall refrigeration systems.
- Detect and repair refrigerant leaks.
- Recover and recharge refrigerants according to industry standards.
- Replace compressors, evaporators, condensing units, and refrigeration components.
- Perform copper pipe brazing and refrigeration piping modifications.
- Carry out nitrogen pressure testing and system vacuum before commissioning.
- Inspect electrical control panels and refrigeration control circuits.
- Calibrate electronic controllers and thermostats.
- Test and verify system performance after maintenance and installation.
- Prepare professional technical service reports.
- Identify required spare parts and provide technical recommendations.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.
- Provide professional technical support to customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration systems.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Experience in dismantling, relocating, and recommissioning refrigeration systems.
- Experience in copper brazing.
- Experience with nitrogen pressure testing and system vacuum procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of refrigeration cycles and refrigerants.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and refrigeration control diagrams.
- Proficient in using refrigeration diagnostic and testing equipment.
- Ability to prepare professional technical reports.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
