The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for the technical delivery, coordination, and constructability of all electrical works within the Design & Build project, including power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and associated infrastructure. <br>Reporting to the MEPF Design / Technical Manager, the role ensures that all electrical design and construction activities are aligned with contract requirements, authority regulations, program constraints, safety standards, and site execution needs. <br>The role acts as the discipline lead for electrical works, responsible for reviewing and approving design outputs, supporting construction delivery, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that design intent is effectively translated into buildable, coordinated, and high-quality site execution. <br>DUTIES PREFORMED % of Time Key Accountabilities Key Activities 20% Design Review, Coordination & Constructability Review and approve electrical design outputs including drawings, models, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions. In this role, you will work under the general supervision of the Health, Safety and Environment Director to support and guide project and program managers in ensuring that site, work environment, and operational activities’ safety, health, and environmental plans comply with Parsons risk management practices, in addition to adhering to regulatory regulations and client requirements related to safety, health, and environment.</span></p><h3><span>Responsibilities:</span></h3><ul><li><span>Assist the PMC HSE Manager in implementing safety, health, and environment tasks across multiple infrastructure and building projects within project management programs.</span></li><li><span>Provide guidance and support to senior Construction Site Managers in applying and managing Parsons’ <strong>ESHARP</strong> safety and health procedures, identifying risks and eliminating or controlling them to protect people and property.</span></li><li><span>Prepare site-specific action plans, safety and health compliance programs, training and orientation plans in accordance with applicable regulations, the ESHARP system, and client requirements.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with Safety Managers and Project and Program Managers to assess contractor performance in safety, health, and environmental areas, their plans, and their safety culture in line with risk management practices and the company’s core values.</span></li><li><span>Conduct audits on projects and work sites to verify compliance with company and client standards, identify and correct risks, and prepare audit reports.</span></li><li><span>Implement the company’s incident reporting and occupational illness procedures and management.</span></li><li><span>Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and perform root cause analysis per approved procedures.</span></li><li><span>Provide periodic trend analyses of audit and inspection results and incident reports, and prepare necessary analytical reports.</span></li><li><span>Represent the Health, Safety and Environment Manager for the program at project or program sites.</span></li><li><span>Oversee emergency response teams and first aid teams to ensure necessary services are provided during emergencies or work-related injuries.</span></li><li><span>Prepare and review audit and inspection reports, safety statistics, and related occupational health and safety presentations.</span></li><li><span>Represent management during inspection visits conducted by regulatory authorities or insurance companies at work sites.</span></li><li><span>Supervise safety orientation programs for new employees, in addition to other safety-related training programs.</span></li><li><span>Review risk assessments for upcoming work and provide technical support for safety planning operations.</span></li><li><span>Perform any other related tasks as assigned depending on the job nature.</span></li></ul><h3><span>Required Qualifications:</span></h3><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related engineering field from an accredited university.</span></li><li><span>At least 10 years of experience in health and safety, including supervisory experience.</span></li><li><span>Extensive knowledge of federal and local health and safety systems and regulations and reporting procedures.</span></li><li><span>Advanced familiarity with national safety standards such as <strong>ANSI</strong> and <strong>NFPA</strong>.</span></li><li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work in a supervisory or managerial role.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, with outstanding skills in preparing and delivering presentations.</span></li><li><span>International work experience is preferred, with priority given to prior experience within Saudi Arabia.</span></li></ul>

Must have experience and knowledge about the industrial automation system simulation software as (MATLAB/Simulink, Siemens TIA Portal, Flex Sim or others) Should be familiar with Electrical Design Software’s (Solid works Electrical / Auto CAD / E plan) Must have hands on experience in Machine manufacturing industries. Additional Certification in Industrial Automation will be added value. Must have previous experience in Project Planning, Cost estimation, Execution, Installation & Commissioning activities. Should be familiar with major communication protocols in PLC control system. Analyzing Fault & Troubleshooting skills Good Communication Skills in English language.<br>Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Industrial Automation & control field. The number of executed projects and experience in team leadership, which contribute to strong problem-solving skills.
