BESTE is seeking a commercially sharp and technically credible Bit Sales Engineer to lead business development and account management for our Drill Bits product line across Saudi Arabia. You will be the face of BESTE with Saudi Aramco procurement and engineering teams, delivering technically compelling proposals that defend our performance record and expand our market share. This role demands equal fluency in drilling engineering and commercial negotiation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Revenue Growth
– Drive sales of BESTE's drill bit portfolio (PDC, Tricone, and specialty bits) to Saudi Aramco and associated IOC/contractor accounts.
– Develop and execute territory account plans, identifying new well programs, bit campaigns, and contract expansion opportunities.
– Lead commercial proposal preparation, tender responses, and pricing negotiations in alignment with BESTE pricing strategy.
Technical Selling & Customer Engagement
