Manage outpatient consultations and provide specialized hematology services. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results. Prescribe medications, blood products, and other therapeutic interventions as appropriate. Monitor patients' progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust management plans when necessary.
