<p>Serve as a Consultant in the Dermatology department, Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses. Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases. Provide second opinion and coaching for specialist and senior specialist physicians. capital requests. • Allocate resources and develop efficiencies to improve and maintain the services of the service line and to ensure positive financial performance. • Analyze and report service line variance and financial performance reports routinely including discrepancies, interventions and corrective actions. • Monitor cost per EMR, encounter and other relevant expense ratios and develop/
