المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- مراجعة سجلات المرضى الذين تم خروجهم لضمان اكتمالها ودقتها.
- إجراء تحليل كمي لملفات المرضى.
- تحديد السجلات غير المكتملة ومتابعة استكمال النواقص.
- الاحتفاظ بتقارير تتبع النواقص الخاصة بالأطباء والتمريض.
- إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية حول جودة التوثيق.
- دعم أطقم الرعاية الصحية في إكمال التوثيق المطلوب.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير إدارة السجلات الطبية.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات المرضى في جميع الأوقات.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في السجلات الطبية أو إدارة الرعاية الصحية.
- معرفة بالمصطلحات الطبية ومعايير التوثيق الصحي.
- تُفضل الخبرة السابقة في مستشفى أو بيئة رعاية صحية.
- يُعد الإلمام بمعايير JCI ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية واهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.
Magrabi Health is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Record Analyst to support the management, review, and quality assurance of patient medical records.
The successful candidate will ensure medical records are accurate, complete, confidential, and compliant with healthcare documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review discharged patient records for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform quantitative analysis of patient files.
- Identify incomplete records and follow up on deficiencies.
- Maintain physician and nursing deficiency tracking reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly documentation quality reports.
- Support healthcare staff in completing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with medical record management standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of medical records or healthcare administration experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards.
- Experience within a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with JCI standards is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
