The Manager – Operations Risk is responsible for developing dashboards and risk registers for a) subsidiaries, operational assets, activities, and operational enablers, including hospitality and non-hospitality activities; and b) Operations Risk Profile.<br>Job Responsibilities:<br>Participate in setting the goals, initiatives & plans and monitor their execution;Manage day-to-day activities & operations, including implementation of all policies & procedures and recommend potential improvements where appropriate;Assist in the development and management of financial and human resource requirements (annual budget); and Manage, guide & support employees in the execution of their work and develop them to improve performance. Support developing and maintaining Operations Risk Management policy, Processes & Procedures in alignment with the ISO 31000 framework, and ensure integration & alignment between the operational verticals;Roll-out upon gaining the approval of the Associate Operations Risk Director the approved implementation plan for Operations;Oversee the implementation of the approved mitigation plans;Provide an aggregated view of risks related to overall Operations Mega Processes;Develop systemic Operations risk profile; and assume the role of Operations Risk Panel (ORP) Secretariate. Prepare risk dashboards and reports;Monitor compliance and effectiveness of the RM processes & procedures within RSG Operations and report on results; and Monitor implementation timeliness and effectiveness of the consolidated Operational risk treatment Plans and strategy. Identify risk training needs;Develop and deliver training materials to the Risk Champions to raise RM awareness;Recommend to the Associate Operations Risk Director the awareness messages (i.e., emails, brochures, screen savers, etc.) to be delivered to the business; and Share knowledge of risk practices and best practices with the ERM function.<br>Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or Business Administration. Certification in Risk Management or Risk Assurance from a well-renowned international body (i.e., , IRM, IIA). Seven to ten years of Enterprise Risk Management and/or Risk-based Internal Audit experience. Three years of experience with a consulting firm (EY, Deloitte, PwC… etc),Experienced with Enterprise Risk Management frameworks (ISO 31000 or COSO ERM).
