Key Responsibilities:Develop, review, and maintain salary structures, grading systems, job levels, and compensation frameworks. Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking studies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Participate in organizational structure reviews and workforce planning initiatives. Prepare and analyze HR metrics, reports, dashboards, and workforce data using advanced Excel tools. Coordinate annual salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs. Conduct job analysis and job evaluation exercises and maintain accurate job descriptions. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Participate in HR projects related to organizational development, employee engagement, and process improvement.
Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within industrial/manufacturing companies. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
