The Operations Manager East is responsible to the Head of Operations for defining, planning, managing and delivering the contractual obligations of the facilities management scope. The Job Holder will be responsible for managing all projects within the Facilities Management sphere, including the design, construction, testing and commissioning and closure of the project to cost, time and quality. The key aspect of this role will focus on the management of the O&M suppliers, through a close working relationship, and providing expert knowledge and leadership. The delivery of this role will typically be through the management of the incumbent O&M supplier and supporting the wider RES functions. The Job Holder will ensure that all aspects of the facilities management scope are fully defined to ensure customer requirements are achieved in accordance with all business and commercial criteria, as well as company policies and procedures.
