Credit Control Manager<br>Job Purpose The Credit Control Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire credit-to-cash cycle across the Group's entities. The role safeguards the organization's cash flow and working capital by establishing sound credit policies, minimizing credit risk and bad debt exposure, driving the collections function, and optimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities <br><br>Credit Management & Risk Develop, implement, and maintain the Group's credit control policy and procedures in line with corporate governance and financial objectives. Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers using credit reports, financial statements, and payment history; set and periodically review credit limits and payment terms. Monitor and manage credit risk exposure across the portfolio and escalate high-risk accounts to management. Collections & Receivables Lead the end-to-end collections process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables and minimize overdue and doubtful debt.
