Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Account Manager to join our Saudi Arabia team, based in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strategic partnerships.
Please note: Experience in the B2B training sales is mandatory for this role. Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
The successful candidate will possess a solid track record in B2B sales within the training sector, strong relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to understand organisational learning needs. You will play a critical role in expanding our regional footprint by aligning organisations with our comprehensive training portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and secure new business opportunities across the Middle East. Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and training decision-makers to understand their training requirements and offer tailored solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy. Represent The Knowledge Academy at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and delivery, to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of training programmes. Lead the negotiation and closing of sales deals, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activities, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:Mandatory experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in B2B sales within the training, professional education, or learning and development industry. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Strong sales acumen and a demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets. In-depth understanding of the Middle East business environment and cultural context. Proficiency in CRM and sales platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot. Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
