SUMMARYThe Warehouse Manager is the person in charge for all Warehouses of the company in the country. He needs to ensure that the business lines are provided with the materials, equipment, and spare parts required to keep the operations running. He needs to ensure a proper receiving, issuance, storage and distribution of all items under his control. Furthermore, he supervises the auxiliary staff in the Warehouse and provides support to the other departments. He also establishes and monitors the spare parts requirements for the Field Operation.<br>JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAdhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company Overall responsibility for all Warehouses in the country Maintain the company’s Warehouse Management System Ensure posting of daily material transactions in Daproh i.e. receipts, issuance etc. Place order for all spare parts including Third Party Maintain the material resource planning (MRP) Keep the minimum quantity of spare parts Check and approve all warehouse stock PRs to avoid surplus inventory and control on total inventory value Arrange the necessary material requests Follow up with Purchasing Department the status of requested materials Control tools, staff uniforms and PPEEnsure Warehouse operations and items by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols Control of inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system Maintain physical condition of Warehouse by planning and implementing design layouts; inspecting equipment Schedule, assign, supervise and develop the Warehouse staff; follow-up on their work results Ensure cost of materials gets charged against valid contract and materials are not issued against expired contract unless approved Follow up with Operations for posting or return of discrepant materials i.e., issued for testing purpose after specified date or expired contract Ensuring new/incoming materials should be properly checked before binning at its locations in warehouse Report the monthly materials consumption, receipts & inventory value in order to control materials issued are within the monthly budgets / limits Follow up for materials collection in case not collected by requestor in time for better utilization of space Test case scenarios of materials movement in Daproh and update results<br>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Experience:Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Warehouse, of which at least 3 years holding a similar post<br>Knowledge/skills:Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Self-organization and timeliness Maximum accuracy Quality assurance Ability to follow-up on open tasks General technical understanding Beneficial: knowledge in elevator spare parts Problem solving and conflict management skills Strong leadership and management skills Computer Skills: good computer skills; intermediate knowledge in MS Excel and SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System) Competency:Languages (besides English): Urdu/Hindi/ Tagalog/ Tamil
Purpose of the Role<br>The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the organization's financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, treasury coordination, and robust financial controls. Establish, implement, and monitor financial controls, accounting policies, approval workflows, and governance procedures to mitigate financial risk. Conduct financial feasibility studies, cost analyses, and financial evaluations to support operational initiatives and investment decisions. Partner with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Development, Contracts, and Legal teams to ensure financial alignment, cost control, and reporting accuracy. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation, zakat requirements, corporate governance, and financial regulations. Identify financial risks, reporting discrepancies, and control gaps while implementing appropriate mitigation measures. Drive ERP optimization, financial systems enhancements, reporting automation, and finance process improvement initiatives. Develop financial dashboards, KPI reports, reconciliations, and management reporting tools to improve business visibility and decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support succession planning, capability development, and performance management across the finance function. Promote a culture of financial integrity, governance, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.<br>Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is advantageous. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, SOCPA, or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. Experience within real estate, construction, contracting, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.
