<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Officer to join the operations team of a fast-growing company operating across multiple markets. You will play a hands-on role in supporting the employee lifecycle for the production team, ensuring new hires are onboarded smoothly and that employee records, contracts, and statutory HR requirements are kept accurate and up to date. In this role, you will work closely with the Production Director and Kitchen Manager to keep day-to-day HR running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for employees on general HR matters, while ensuring all required documentation, registrations, and HR processes are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Coordinate the onboarding process for new kitchen hires, including documentation, inductions, and system setup. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for the production facility. Ensure employee documentation and HR files are complete and properly maintained. Manage statutory registrations and filings required in-market, including GOSI, Qiwa, and other relevant government platforms. Track employment contracts, renewals, probation periods, and other key HR milestones. Follow up on upcoming HR actions and ensure deadlines are met. Act as the first point of contact for kitchen employees on general HR questions and requests. Escalate complex employee matters to the appropriate HR or management team when required. Support the Kitchen Manager with attendance tracking and basic workforce reporting. Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee data as needed. Ensure HR processes and documentation remain compliant with local labor requirements. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling employee information. Work closely with the production leadership team to ensure HR needs are addressed efficiently. Support other HR administration and employee-related tasks as required.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Saudi national. 3-4 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or a similar role. Experience supporting employees in a production, operations, hospitality, retail, or multi-site environment is preferred. Familiarity with Saudi labor requirements and government HR platforms, including GOSI and Qiwa. Strong understanding of employee onboarding, documentation, contracts, and HR administration. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. These services are delivered to support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. Additionally, the program extends its services to encompass five (5) remote Army sites within PSAB. This program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of PSAB and its associated units.</p><br><br><br><p><b>JOB SUMMARY: </b>The <b><i>Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) </i></b><b><span>Laborer Foreman</span></b><span> is responsible for supporting the Power Plant Services in providing Escorting support to Third Country National (TCN)/Other Country National (OCN) escorting & monitoring and for the completion of required reports and tasks following the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company and the USAF. </span></p><br><br><br><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b>:</p><br><br><ul><li>Process personnel to and from the PSAB Visitors Control Center before and after work shifts IAW with USCENTCOM escorting procedures.</li><li>Provide escorting support to Other Country Nationals (OCNs) in various CES & FSS areas as identifies by the Site Manager.</li><li>Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel performing maintenance and BOS-I services.</li><li>Logs in and out all TCN/ OCN contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties;
