Conduct daily monitoring of the HSE management system and identify any non-conformities or deviations from approved procedures and site requirements. Report HSE violations and non-conformities to the direct manager and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure. Issue and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) for hazardous activities within factories until full closure in accordance with approved procedures. Ensure all required preventive and safety measures are implemented before, during, and after maintenance activities. Review and inspect requests for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety clothing, safety footwear, first aid supplies, and other safety-related items, ensuring compliance with approved specifications. Emergency Response & Fire Safety Implement emergency response plans across factories, warehouses, and workers’ accommodations. Organize and coordinate periodic emergency response training programs for employees. Monitor fire protection systems across all locations and ensure required safety measures are maintained. Conduct and document regular fire prevention and emergency response drills. Develop, communicate, and document emergency procedures for chemical spills and leakages in laboratories. Ensure employees are properly trained and familiar with emergency and chemical spill response procedures. Environmental Management Monitor water sample analysis results to ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and standards. Identify and monitor environmental aspects and impacts associated with raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Supervise waste management contracts and ensure the proper disposal of solid, liquid, and general waste in accordance with applicable environmental regulations. Follow up on environmental complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution. Ensure contractors comply with the company’s environmental requirements and applicable environmental regulations. Conduct periodic environmental performance assessments and evaluate progress against established environmental objectives. Submit environmental findings, performance reports, and recommendations to the direct manager. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities, inspections, permits, incidents, environmental performance, and corrective actions. Coordinate with relevant departments and contractors to ensure effective implementation of QHSE requirements. Provide regular updates and reports to the direct manager regarding HSE compliance, environmental performance, risks, and corrective actions. Job Purpose The Specialist, Local Content will support the implementation and monitoring of Local Content activities across large-scale government and semi-government mega projects executed under Joint Venture (JV) structures. Supervisor – Contracts, Billing & Collections<br>Role Overview The Supervisor – Contracts, Billing & Collections reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for managing the commercial lifecycle of projects from contract award through final collection. The role ensures timely client approvals, milestone certifications, billing, collection of receivables, and resolution of commercial disputes.
