This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.<br><br>The project manager will represent the client (or project management consultant) in delivering large-scale, technically complex audiovisual, lighting, and integrated show systems projects. Ensure delivery aligns with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.<br><br>Stakeholder management<br><br>Liaise with internal client teams, operators, and end users to capture requirements. Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including contractors, authorities, and consultants.<br><br>Lead project meetings, reporting as required<br><br>Construction and installation oversight Supervise installation of AV and lighting systems to ensure compliance with design intent. Coordinate site activities with civil, MEP, and fit-out works. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.<br><br>Testing, commissioning and handover<br><br>Oversee testing and commissioning plans for all AV and lighting systems. Ensure integration between systems (AV, lighting control, show control, IT networks). Manage snagging, defects resolution, and final handover documentation.<br><br>You’ll Need To Have<br><br>Experience in project management of AV, lighting, or integrated systems. Proven track record delivering large-scale projects (e.g., stadiums, theme parks, cultural venues, and mega developments). Experience in the Middle East preferred, particularly in client-side or PMC roles. Familiarity with complex stakeholder environments and fast-paced mega projects. Professional AV systems (audio, video, control systems).
