The company maintains an annual business growth rate of over 50%, consistently ranking among the top in exports for independent automotive brands.<br>ABOUT THIS ROLE<br>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager in KSA and UAE to drive the marketing strategy for our brands on a regional scale. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, penetrate new markets, and engage consumers across different cultures and regions.<br><br>RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams, including marketing, and product development to develop and localize global marketing strategies that align with Geely Auto Group goals and brand identity. Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth in different countries. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure that global brand strategies are adapted effectively to local markets while maintaining brand consistency. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns, including digital content, advertising, public relations, and events. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Stay up-to-date with global marketing trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into the brand's marketing efforts.<br>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE5+ years of experience in brand marketing, focusing on the auto industry. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events, including conferences, auto shows, product launch events, etc. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics across different cultures and regions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Mandarin, Arabic language is a plus.<br>WORK ENVIRONMENT:<br>KSA/ Dubai-office based role. Occasional travel for industry events or company meetings may be required.
