About the Role The Manager – Legal Consultation will lead the end-to-end management of commercial contracts across KSIA projects and business functions, including special contracts, leases, consultancy agreements, and project-related agreements. The role will oversee contract negotiations, administration, governance, claims, changes, and commercial risks while providing strategic legal guidance to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with KSIA requirements and organizational objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities Provide legal consultation and advisory support to internal stakeholders. You will identify, assess, and monitor credit, market, and operational risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with stakeholders to embed risk-aware decision making across the organization.</p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Develop and maintain an enterprise risk management framework aligned with industry best practices and local regulations</li><li>Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk analysis for credit, market, and operational risk exposures</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports, dashboards, and heat maps to senior management and regulatory bodies</li><li>Monitor changes in Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA, CMA) and ensure organizational compliance</li><li>Collaborate with business units and senior stakeholders to integrate risk management into strategic planning and decision processes</li><li>Oversee governance processes including risk committees, policy reviews, and risk appetite setting</li><li>Lead stress testing and scenario analysis exercises to evaluate potential risk impacts</li><li>Recommend and track mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks</li></ul><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related discipline</li><li>7–10 years of experience in risk management within financial services or related industries</li><li>Strong technical expertise in risk analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance</li><li>In-depth knowledge of enterprise risk, operational risk, credit risk, and market risk methodologies</li><li>Proficient understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and guidelines</li><li>Excellent analytical thinking and quantitative modeling skills</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>Experience supporting governance processes and risk committee activities</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field</li><li>Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA</li><li>Hands-on experience with risk management software and modeling tools</li><li>Knowledge of Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, and international risk standards</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic</li><li>Prior experience in strategic risk advisory or consulting roles</li><li>Familiarity with global best practices in risk governance</li></ul><br> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
