Ehya is looking for a professional Project Manager to join its real estate development team
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate project management and owner representation
- Experience working with contractors, engineering offices, and consultants
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or equivalent
Responsibilities
Project Management (Owner Representative)
- Oversee projects as a representative of the real estate developer
- Monitor project execution with the contractor, engineering office, and consultant
- Ensure compliance with approved designs and standards
- Track project timelines and quality of execution
Coordination Between Parties
- Maintain ongoing coordination between business development management, technical office, contractors, and consultants
- Resolve operational conflicts between parties
- Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities throughout execution
Technical Supervision
- Follow up on engineering office outputs and designs
- Review technical work in coordination with the consultant
- Ensure quality of execution in accordance with specifications
After-Sales Follow-Up
- Oversee after-sales services for clients
- Monitor handover notes, maintenance requests, and complaint resolution
- Coordinate with contractors to address observations
- Submit reports on project quality post-handover
Performance Management
- Monitor project performance and submit periodic reports
- Identify risks and obstacles and take appropriate action
- Ensure project goals are met in terms of time, cost, and quality
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong negotiation and multi-party coordination skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and technical specifications in construction and development
- Ability to read engineering drawings and execution designs
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or equivalent)
- Ability to prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management
- Decision-making ability under pressure and crisis management skills
