Missions/Main Duties

They should be capable of driving site performance, managing contractors and interfaces, and ensuring coordinated delivery across multiple packages while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial projects (factories, plants, warehouses, utilities) Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out across all phases Manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, and change control Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality standards, and contractual obligations Act as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and internal leadership Drive performance reporting, progress tracking, and issue resolution Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or equivalent)10+ years of experience in contracting, with a strong focus on industrial projects Proven track record managing large-scale, complex construction works Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, and project controls PMP certification is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
