Job Title: Logistics Manager Location: Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia Reports to: Chief Shared Services Officer Availability: Immediately (Preferred only)
About the Role UNIMAC is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead logistics, warehouse, inventory, hub operations, project distribution, and regulatory compliance supporting multiple projects across Qiddiya. The role will own the end-to-end logistics control environment — from material receipt and storage through SAP transaction closure, project distribution, site delivery, returns, and inventory reconciliation. The successful candidate will manage the operations of UNIMAC's logistics hub, including warehouses, laydown areas, PMV garages and parking, asphalt and concrete batching plants, precast yards, weighbridge operations, security, and third-party allocated areas.
This is a highly operational role requiring strong control discipline, SAP knowledge, Saudi regulatory experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with projects, procurement, finance, plant, PMV, HSEQ, QA/QC, authorities, and Qiddiya client organizations.
Key Responsibilities1. Hub Operations, Gate & Security Control Lead day-to-day operations of the logistics hub as one controlled facility. Manage warehouses, laydown areas, PMV parking, batching plants, precast yards, and third-party areas. Control all hub entry and exit activities, including gate passes, material passes, vehicle movements, and visitor access. Operate and control weighbridge activities, including ticketing, reconciliation, calibration, and certification. Ensure no material, plant, equipment, or vehicle movement occurs without the required documentation and authorization. Oversee physical security, CCTV, fencing, lighting, access control, guarding, and incident investigations. Maintain effective hub layout, space allocation, housekeeping, and HSE standards.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management Establish and enforce appropriate storage, preservation, segregation, FIFO, and shelf-life controls. Own inventory accuracy across the hub and all Qiddiya project stores. Lead cycle counts, annual stock takes, SAP reconciliation, and variance investigations. Maintain visibility of stock across all locations and facilitate stock transfers and redeployment before new purchases are initiated. Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and excess inventory and recommend appropriate actions. Coordinate with QA/QC on receiving inspection, non-conforming materials, certificates, and traceability.
3. SAP & Procurement Cycle Closure Ensure complete physical and SAP closure of procurement cycles from PO receipt through project consumption. Ensure GRNs are posted within agreed timelines and goods are correctly binned and recorded. Manage reservations, goods issues, stock transfers, returns, and project/WBS cost allocation. Monitor and resolve aged open receipts and GR/IR discrepancies with Procurement and Finance. Control and report over, short, and damaged (OS&D) deliveries. Provide accurate month-end inventory, goods-in-transit, and open-receipt data to Finance.
4. Qiddiya Project Logistics & Distribution Plan and coordinate material distribution from the logistics hub to Qiddiya project sites. Consolidate project requirements, priorities demand, schedule deliveries, and coordinate transport capacity. Act as the central point for material transport requirements with the Transport Fleet. Ensure project material requests are delivered within agreed lead times. Establish logistics plans, site stores, laydown areas, and SAP storage locations during project mobilization. Manage demobilization, including recovery of stock, equipment, and logistics assets. Ensure complete dispatch documentation, including reservations, delivery notes, weighbridge tickets, and proof of delivery. Control delivery documentation for both hub and direct-to-site supplier deliveries. Issue daily logistics reports to PMO and Finance covering receipts, issues, stock movements, plant production, dispatches, and exceptions.
5. Permits, Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Own the complete permit, license, registration, and certification framework for logistics operations. Maintain permits covering facilities, Civil Defense, environmental requirements, batching plants, fuel storage, weighbridges, lifting equipment, transport, and oversize/overweight movements. Maintain a central permit register with expiry dates, responsible authorities, and renewal timelines. Ensure all permits and certifications remain valid without interruption. Coordinate authority inspections and close corrective actions within agreed timelines. Identify regulatory and permit requirements during project planning and mobilization.
6. Stakeholder & Authority Management Act as the primary logistics interface with relevant Saudi government authorities and regulators. Coordinate with Qiddiya client organizations on access, security, delivery windows, routes, and site logistics requirements. Maintain strong coordination with Projects, Procurement, PMV, Transport, Plant, Finance, QA/QC, HSEQ, and Government Relations. Resolve logistics conflicts, capacity constraints, access issues, and operational interfaces proactively. Coordinate with subcontractors and third-party occupants of hub facilities.
7. Monitor warehouse and yard utilization and optimize available space. Improve transport efficiency through load consolidation, backhaul opportunities, and reduction of demurrage. Monitor logistics KPIs including cost per delivery, cost per tone handled, and receipt-to-issue turnaround. Manage third-party and subcontractor areas through formal agreements, defined boundaries, handover/handback records, and compliance controls. About Noon
Radically Changing the Way People Learn!

Noon Academyis the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 12 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. The Learning Team owns that engine: term plans, session design, question banks, and assessments across Qudrat, Tahsili, Nafes, the National Curriculum, and our International track. We're hiring a Learning Operations / Automation Manager to run the Sciences (Biology / Chemistry) side of it.

This is a two-phase role. In the first few months, it's a delivery and people-management job: you run four Design Leads, own the roadmap, and make the content pipeline hit its dates reliably.
