<span><span><span><span><span><span><span><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><b>Details of the Division and Team: </b><br><p>Treasury plays a key role in the holistic bank-wide management of capital and liquidity to deliver high value risk management decisions and support strategic goals of the businesses, both at a Group and legal entity level. Treasury operates across the globe with major hubs in Frankfurt, London, Singapore, and New York.</p><br><p>Key responsibilities for Treasury are to make sure that there is enough liquidity in the bank at any point in time, that there is capital available when needed and that funds can be raised as and when necessary, all at a reasonable cost whilst balancing the needs of business growth and regulatory demands. The key stakeholders for the role will be country management, front office business heads and business managers, infrastructure partners, and our banking regulators. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Project Manager is responsible to the Programme Manager for defining, planning, managing, and delivering the projects to meet both customer and business requirements. The Job Holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of the project to cost, time, and quality. Since 2005, we have partnered with clients across the Middle East, Africa and Asia to support complex infrastructure that powers communities and sustains economies.<br>The Bisha Solar PV Project is a significant renewable energy initiative in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the development of a 3,000 MW solar PV plant in Bisha, Asir Province, Saudi Arabi. This project is part of a broader national wave of gigawatt-scale solar procurement and buildout, with fast capacity additions and large power purchase agreements (PPAs) being key factors in its credibility. The project is developed under the IPP model with a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with SPPC as the offtaker, and financial close was achieved in October 2025, with completion scheduled for December 2027.<br><br>JOB PURPOSE: To supervise and manage the electrical maintenance activities in the plant, including all preventive and corrective maintenance, planned outages and overhauling work activities for all electrical equipment in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and equipment reliability.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:People Management:Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems. Maintenance Planning:Lead and manage the planning of preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance plans / work schedules (including annual and long-term maintenance plans) for all types of maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical and I&C) across the facilities in the plant ensuring that maintenance jobs are carried out timely, efficiently and cost effective with adherence to HSE standards. Lead the effective cascading of the maintenance strategy into work instructions and SOPs for each equipment and process in all areas of mechanical, electrical, instrumental, controls and systems and ensure their implementation by employees and contract staff, to ensure safe and timely maintenance of equipment. Maintenance Management:Lead the effective implementation of approved plans in liaison with the discipline engineers and operations team across all the assets and equipment within set timelines and budget to facilitate uninterrupted operations. Oversee the equipment risk assessment process in order to facilitate proactive identification of anomalies and ensure optimum risk mitigation in accordance with best practices. Manage the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action to ensure plant availability, thereby minimizing downtime and possibility of liquidity damages. Oversee the maintenance documentation process in SAP ensuring it is completed correctly including filling in the log, outlining the fault, method of repair and the time, labour and materials used to support timely availability of information. Review the daily maintenance / condition monitoring reports and submit periodic reports to the management, keeping them informed of all technical problems, if any, as well as recent changes or modifications on existing work plant or schedule. Lead the Maintenance management meetings so that the entire team is clear on the standards required and the maintenance programs that are underway. In the Project Phase: Coordinate with the EPC representatives on site to understand the critical equipment installation etc., and undertake the Commissioning Monitoring, Acceptance Test Campaign and “As-build” documentation activities, to ensure required transfer of knowledge. Outage Management:Together with the Planning Engineer, lead the effective forecasting of manpower and material requirements to ensure timely availability of resources and spares for effective execution of maintenance plans. Lead the planning and execution of the annual outage maintenance of critical equipment, as per the recommendation of the OEM, and provide technical guidance and support to ensure the EHS, scope, cost, and timeline objectives are met. Technical Guidance:Act as a technical expert to ensure that all modifications to the maintenance procedures and work instructions are correctly designed and implemented as per the recommendations of the OEMs in order to best optimize maintenance operations according to the availability of equipment and workforce. Lead the development of a condition based preventive maintenance culture on day-to-day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analyses, finding solutions to reduce reactive maintenance. Manage and provide short- and long-term technical solutions to engineering problems that may arise in relation to maintenance services in order to proactively resolve such problems on a sustainable basis and ensure uninterrupted delivery of services. Health, Safety, Security & Environment:Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude. Report and respond to HSSE incidents using the established emergency communication channels and protocols, to minimise the impact of the hazard. Together with HSE department, ensure that safety rules and regulations are fully explained to plant employees / contractor staff and appropriate safety and protective equipment is worn; safety notices are prominently displayed in all work areas and that all accidents and incidents are efficiently investigated and analysed whilst ensuring that measures are implemented to avoid any recurrence. It is one of the biggest civil engineering projects in modern times—and it's getting bigger. Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s.<br><br>Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company (SABCO) serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or “owner’s representative” for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). We are the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, managing design submissions from local architect/engineering (AE) firms, and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and sub-contractors in Jubail and Ras Al-Khair Industrial Cities. In June 2026, Bechtel’s contract with the Royal Commission was renewed for another 5 years with work focusing on building new residential communities, iconic buildings/bridges, major site preparation, commercial buildings, mosques, schools, hospitals, sports facilities, clinics, universities, utility services and infrastructure (electrical sub-stations, lift stations), roads and highways, port and pipeline expansions, and more.<br><br>Job Summary<br><br>Provide transportation recommendation for City Master plan, taking into account public transportation in residential areas, material handling and goods movement for industrial area, rail freight, and port related traffic.<br><br>Major Responsibilities<br><br>Applying traffic management, principles, techniques, and analysis. Responsibility includes the review, consultation and revision of contractors Traffic Management Plans and Contractor/Industry applications. Extensive experience of traffic safety and undertake various technical aspects of traffic safety engineering work. Directs routine traffic engineering and design assignments requiring the application of engineering practices in accordance with Local (RC), National (MOT), International (FHWA) standards where applicable. Supervises and leads traffic engineering studies. Assists in preparing and updating specifications of traffic field devices. Assists and review contractors in developing and submitting Traffic Management Plans (TMPs). Liaises with internal and external stakeholder officials. Review and assist in developing scope-of-works for projects/studies (e.g., Signal Coordination and Optimization, Traffic Impact Study, Road Safety Audit, Temporary Traffic Management Plans, Access Studies, etc.) Provide technical support to various internal & external entities to improve traffic mobility and traffic safety. Perform traffic engineering studies as it relates to transportation network system. Prepare Traffic Assessment and Traffic Impact reports. Review traffic reports prepared by other consultants. Provide highway capacity assessment and traffic volumes balancing to evaluate existing and proposed level of service. Utilize computer and computer generated results to prepare report and develop traffic schemes. Excellent and very proficient in using traffic modeling software such as Auto CAD, SYNCHRO, SYDRA, VISSIM and HCS software. Provide support to conduct traffic surveys, to provide traffic volumes and trip generation and trip distribution. Perform and review signalized intersection and able to prepare and optimize traffic signal timing using industry know software (Highway Capacity Software).<br><br>Education And Experience Requirements<br><br>BS in Civil Engineering/Transportation Engineering.8-10 years of experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience relevant experience working in traffic engineering field utilizing industry known software. Must have experience with Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) at district and city level, traffic modeling, signal coordination and optimization, signal capacity analysis, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), and MOT regulations within the GCC region. Must have developed district and city level transportation plans Knowledge and experience of using international standards such as AASHTO - Green Book, HCM, HSM, MUTCD, ITE, and FHWA guidelines. Chartered / Registered Professional Traffic Operation Engineer Excellent knowledge of transportation planning evaluation tools and procedures, data manipulation and proficiency in the use of relevant software’s (e.g., Trans CAD, SYNCHRO, SIDRA, VISUM, VISSIM, HCS, CORSIM, Simtraffic, Civil3D, Auto CAD and MS Offices). Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations. Experience in transportation demand modelling, and traffic flow theory. Knowledge in Transportation Planning and Modelling Conduct macro & microsimulation modelling to assess the performance of specific transportation facilities, such as intersections, highways, and public transport systems. In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports.<br><br>Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of a state of the art international airport in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br><br>King Salman International Airport will have a capacity of up to 120 million travellers by 2030 and 185 million travellers by 2050, and the capacity to process up to 3.5 million tons of cargo by 2050. Bechtel will provide PMC services for three new terminals; Terminal 6 is a new build ‘low cost carrier’ – hyper efficient terminal with gross floor area of ≈450,000m2, capacity of 20mppa; Iconic Terminal is a new build ‘new concept’ terminal with gross floor area of ≈ 1M m2, capacity of 40 to 45 mppa, and Private Aviation Terminal and hangars for VIPs and business jet passengers.<br><br>Job Summary<br><br>In this role, you will report to the MEP Lead and be accountable for supervising and managing the work of the customer’s designers and contractors in the delivery of design for the airport terminal HVAC controls and building management systems. You will prepare estimates, work plans, progress reports and assist with the tender, evaluation and award recommendations for the MEP contractor(s). You will coordinate and collaborate with other teams such as the Terminal Delivery teams, Stakeholder Management, Contracts & Procurement and Start-up/Commissioning as required through all stages of the Project life cycle. Your technical expertise and coordination will ensure outcomes meet customer and project requirements.<br><br>Major Responsibilities<br><br>Supervision and management of the customer’s designers and contractors in the delivery of terminal buildings BMS design. Review of technical submissions from designers and contractors relating to BMS. Support to Contracts & Procurement in the delivery of design to support procurement and post tender technical evaluation and award recommendations. Monitoring & reporting on the progress and performance of the customer’s designers and contractors. Coordination with the Stakeholder Management team to ensure that all required permits and approvals are achieved in a timely manner throughout the Project life cycle. Support to Construction & Quality delivery teams during the execution of the works relating to terminal buildings mechanical systems, including resolution of requests for information, field change requests, non-conformance reports and work inspection requests. Support the undertaking of vendor factory testing & inspections Support to Start-Up/Commissioning team from the outset to ensure that start-up/commissioning and hand-over requirements are addressed early in the design process and support the conduct of testing and commissioning during the execution of the works. Coordinate BMS design with other project disciplines, review project design criteria, vendor submissions, construction inspection records and startup test reports Coordinate mechanical systems design integration across numerous contracts, work packages and stakeholders. Liaison with customer representatives as the subject matter expert and accountable person for delivery of mechanical systems engineering documentation, including presentations and reporting as required. Undertake audits, reports and present findings of designer, contractor, stakeholder and project team application and adherence to engineering processes and policies. Support the production of verification packages to facilitate turnover of completed mechanical systems and facilities.<br><br>Education And Experience Requirements<br><br>Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and minimum of 8 years of relevant mechanical systems engineering experience. Professional accreditation with an appropriate internationally recognized body.<br><br>Required Knowledge And Skills<br><br>Knowledge and experience with BMS design including HVAC controls and low voltage electrical systems, including lighting controls. Familiarity with applicable national and international design codes. Familiarity with sustainability design requirements applicable to conservation of energy and water supplies and third party sustainability accreditation requirements such as LEED. Understanding of airline industry and international regulatory codes, standards and design criteria relating to airport design. Experience with integration of airport mechanical systems into building management systems. Knowledge of interface management and the management of system to civil and system to system interfaces. Possesses working knowledge and production ability with computer-aided drafting software, such as Auto CAD and Revit.
