Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air & water balancing, chilled water systems, Plumbing, and Fire Protection. Experience using TAB instruments and interpreting design airflow and hydronic balancing requirements. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred. Excellent communication, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills. Position for: Saudi national only. Role and Responsibilities1. Design & Development• Conceptualize architectural designs aligned with client requirements and project scope.• Prepare design drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural documentation.• Produce high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models using design software (Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.).2. Project Coordination• Coordinate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and interior design teams to ensure integrated design delivery.• Discuss design progress with clients, engineers, and stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations.• Participate in regular design and coordination meetings3. Compliance & Quality• Ensure all designs follow local building codes, safety regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards.• Review contractor drawings, shop drawings, and design submittals for technical compliance.• Conduct quality checks and ensure design accuracy before releases.4. Documentation & Communication• Prepare design proposals, specifications, material schedules, and detailed project documentation.• Maintain updated design files, revisions, reports, and presentation materials.• Present design concepts and justifications to clients and internal teams. 5.
