The honest constraint is the pace: over fifteen facilities in this timeframe means several sites live at once, at different stages, with different brand requirements. There is no established programme office to lean on, and building the discipline is part of the job. This suits someone comfortable holding the whole picture and chasing the detail themselves, and it will not work for someone who needs a large team beneath them.

What you will receive
Base salary of SAR 30,000 per month.
