The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in <strong>P</strong>ortfolio Management, PMO/P3, and CAPEX Projects Governance to support portfolio planning, governance, and strategic initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee program and portfolio activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.</li><li>Lead and support PMO/P3 governance across CAPEX projects and initiatives.</li><li>Develop, review, and evaluate Business Cases for projects and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Support the development and review of Master Plans and ACA.</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance, priorities, dependencies, risks, and key milestones.</li><li>Review RFPs to ensure alignment with project requirements, governance standards, and business objectives.</li><li>Prepare, review, and coordinate funding requests for VRP initiatives, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the PWT team.</li><li>Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards.</li><li>Provide management with regular portfolio and program-level reports, insights, and recommendations.</li><li>Coordinate with project owners and key stakeholders to ensure effective execution and governance of initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Program Management, or a closely related area.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ol><li><p>Supervise and execute HVAC works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedule.</p></li><li><p>Manage installation of AHUs, FCUs, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, ducting, piping, valves and associated equipment.</p></li><li><p>Review IFC/shop drawings and coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV and BIM teams to resolve clashes and interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Monitor HVAC subcontractors, manpower, materials, productivity and daily progress.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper installation of ducting, chilled-water piping, insulation, supports, equipment and associated services.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate pressure testing, flushing, duct leakage testing, TAB and testing & commissioning activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, QA/QC and HSE requirements.</p></li><li><p>Raise/close WIR/IR, NCRs, punch points and inspection observations.</p></li><li><p>Support HVAC pre-commissioning, commissioning and integrated testing, particularly for critical Data Center systems.</p></li><li><p>Maintain progress reports, testing records, as-built drawings and handover documentation.</p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / relevant discipline.</p></li><li><p>6–10 years of relevant HVAC site execution experience.</p></li><li><p>Data Center / Mission Critical / Large EPC project experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, chilled-water systems, ventilation and critical cooling systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with CRAH/CRAC units, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and associated controls preferred.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of ASHRAE standards, project specifications and applicable codes.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read IFC, shop and MEP coordination drawings.</p></li><li><p>Experience in subcontractor and site execution management.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Navisworks/Revit knowledge is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Strong coordination, problem-solving and site management skills.</p></li></ol>
