The Solution Manager acts as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, clinical stakeholders, pharmacists, biomedical engineers, and hospital IT teams by translating customer requirements into scalable, compliant, and value-based solutions that improve patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.</p><p>Work Location: Dubai or Riyadh</p><p>Main responsibilities will include:</p><p>Solution Design &amp; Architecture</p><ul><li>Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand clinical, operational, and IT requirements.</li><li>Design end-to-end MMS solutions incorporating infusion systems, medication management software, pharmacy automation, interoperability platforms, and connected care technologies.</li><li>Develop solution architecture diagrams, workflows, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.</li><li>Ensure solution scalability, cybersecurity compliance, and system interoperability.</li></ul><p>Customer Engagement &amp; Pre-Sales Support</p><ul><li>Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support strategic customer opportunities.</li><li>Participate in customer presentations, solution workshops, technical demonstrations, and executive briefings.</li><li>Lead response to technical aspects of tenders, RFPs, and procurement processes.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor during customer digital transformation initiatives.</li></ul><p>Clinical &amp; Workflow Optimization</p><ul><li>Evaluate existing medication management workflows and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Recommend best-practice designs that improve medication safety, patient outcomes, and nursing productivity.</li><li>Support development of business cases demonstrating clinical and economic value.</li></ul><p>Implementation &amp; Deployment Support</p><ul><li>Partner with Project Management, Service, and Customer Success teams during implementation.</li><li>Provide technical oversight during installations, integrations, testing, validation, and go-live activities.</li><li>Support issue resolution and escalation management for complex technical challenges.</li><li>Ensure successful transition from deployment to operational support.</li></ul><p>Interoperability &amp; Digital Health</p><ul><li>Collaborate with hospital IT teams on integration requirements.</li><li>Support connectivity with EMR/EHR, HIS, pharmacy information systems, and other clinical platforms.</li><li>Advise on cloud-based solutions, data architecture, connectivity, and cybersecurity requirements.</li><li>Enable customer adoption of digital health and connected care capabilities.</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with Global MMS product teams, Clinical Specialists, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Technical Service organizations.</li><li>Provide customer insights to influence product development and regional strategy.</li><li>Support commercialization of new technologies and digital health solutions.</li></ul><p>Training &amp; Knowledge Transfer</p><ul><li>Deliver technical training to sales teams, clinical specialists, and customers.</li><li>Develop reusable solution design templates and best practices.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for MMS solution architecture within the region.</li></ul><p>About you</p><p>Bachelor s degree in biomedical engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline.
