<br></span><p>The Senior Surveyor performs surveying works for activities of properties and sites in order to provide
information for building construction, alterations, valuations, land use and map making.</p><br>
<br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 1</b></u>
<br><p>Analyze, measure and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries.</p><br>
<p>Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.</p><br>
<p>Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas.</p><br>
<p>Record the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land.</p><br>
<p>Analyze, measure and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries and to provide information for construction Projects.</p><br>
<p>Ensure daily submission of surveying report detailing the measurements and location of property boundaries with at least 95% accuracy utilizing the Company-approved format that will be useful for the construction of the Projects.</p><br>
<p>Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed</p><br>
<p>Analyze survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.</p><br>
<p>Ensure to submit an efficient survey proposal 7days before starting the setting out of the project. Facilitate the completion of surveying works on or before the estimated time of accomplishment.</p><br>
<p>Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.</p><br>
<p>Ensure daily supervision and train skilled and qualified assistant land surveyors in the site in performing surveying activities and map preparations to achieve 100% efficiency.</p><br>
<p>Ensure the compliance with the Company’s safety procedure and implements the same to the subordinates in all work periods.</p><br>
<p>Achieve zero loss time incidents (LTIs) for land surveying activities throughout the duration of the project.</p><br> <br><br><u><b>Job Responsibilities 2</b></u>
<br><p>Submits the daily update of sketches and maps detailing the work done for the day with the correct quantities and keep safe and organize files of the same for referencing.</p><br>
<p>Determines longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).</p><br>
<p>Ensures to submit a daily report of the coordinates of the project using the proper instruments for better accuracy.</p><br>
<p>Ensures to submit a weekly and monthly summary report for the same.</p><br>
<p>Records the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features to be used for quantities calculation, cost estimation, and invoice preparation.</p><br>
<p>Ensures Daily submission a surveying report with AutoCAD file of the spatial aspect of the projects that will accurately estimate the quantity of work done in a specified zone or area. Provide the same info to concerned staff such as PM, CM, QS, etc.</p><br>
<p>Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies</p><br>

Since 2005, we have partnered with clients across the Middle East, Africa and Asia to support complex infrastructure that powers communities and sustains economies.<br>The Bisha Solar PV Project is a significant renewable energy initiative in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the development of a 3,000 MW solar PV plant in Bisha, Asir Province, Saudi Arabi. This project is part of a broader national wave of gigawatt-scale solar procurement and buildout, with fast capacity additions and large power purchase agreements (PPAs) being key factors in its credibility. The project is developed under the IPP model with a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with SPPC as the offtaker, and financial close was achieved in October 2025, with completion scheduled for December 2027.<br><br>JOB PURPOSE: To supervise and manage the electrical maintenance activities in the plant, including all preventive and corrective maintenance, planned outages and overhauling work activities for all electrical equipment in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and equipment reliability.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:People Management:Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
