المهام والمسؤوليات:إعداد ومراجعة وتقييم البرامج الزمنية للمشروعات باستخدام Primavera P6.إعداد وتحليل Cash In / Cash Out وCash Flow للمشروعات.إعداد التقارير الدورية ولوحات المتابعة التنفيذية للإدارة العليا.متابعة الأداء الزمني للمشروعات وتحليل الانحرافات وإعداد خطط التعافي (Recovery Plans).قيادة وتوجيه فرق مهندسي التخطيط بالمشروعات وتطوير منهجيات العمل.التنسيق مع إدارات المشاريع والمكتب الفني وإدارة التحكم في التكاليف لضمان تكامل خطط التنفيذ.إعداد مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) ولوحات المعلومات باستخدام Power BI.المؤهلات المطلوبة:بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية أو معمارية.خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التخطيط بشركات المقاولات.خبرة مثبتة في مشروعات الأبراج والفنادق.إجادة استخدام Primavera P6 وPower BI وMicrosoft Excel بمستوى متقدم.خبرة في إعداد ومراجعة البرامج الزمنية الأساسية، برامج التعافي، وتحليل التدفقات النقدية.معرفة جيدة بتسلسل وربط الأعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية وأعمال MEP (الكهروميكانيكية) داخل البرنامج الزمني.مهارات قوية في القيادة، والتحليل، وإعداد التقارير، وإدارة فرق العمل.إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.⁩

Job Description The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using Auto CAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. <br>Responsibilities Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product. Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards. Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process. Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills. Proficient in Auto CAD and Revit.
