Minimum 10 years of proven experience in ICT and security engineering with a track record of successfully leading large-scale or complex projects. Strong background in ICT and security systems, with proven experience on mega-scale projects in the region. Leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver challenging project conditions. BICSI certification preferred; additional ICT/Security-design related professional certificates are an advantage. Relevant engineering or ICT degree; advanced certifications a plus.</p><p></p></section>
